We will follow the guidelines of the district, destination, suppliers, and group leaders to determine if temperature checks are required before or during the trip.

We continue to work with our vendors including but not limited to hotels, transportation and restaurants to ensure that they are following all cleaning sanitation procedures in line with local health department and CDC guidelines.

Travel insurance coverage varies depending on which coverage you choose.  Our partner, Travel Insured International offers options including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR).  Plan details are available before purchase and it’s the traveler’s responsibility to review these carefully.  Contact Travel Insured International directly with any coverage questions at 844-440-8113.

You can purchase insurance up until the final payment is received in our office.  We use Travel Insured as our third party travel insurance provider. Contact your group leader or our office for your group specific travel insurance paperwork. Please note NY residents may not qualify for travel insurance.

UR Tours and Events will work closely with your group leaders and school district to reschedule the trip.

As you plan your group travel, know that COVID-19 has impacted the travel industry dramatically. As a result, your trip price may have changed due to transportation cost increases as a result of physical distancing requirements, or your favorite restaurant may now be closed.

UR Tours and Events staff will work hard to find the best alternatives or solutions for your group.  UR Tours and Events will never sacrifice quality or safety.

If your group has signed up for online billing you will have access to a secured web link that directs you to the group’s itinerary, trip details and payment process. If you are unsure please contact our office at 800 270-2749 Ext. 2 for assistance.

We suggest you contact the group leader before you do this. Although it may seem like a good idea to book your own flight your group leader and school administration may prefer that you be part of the group planning process. Should your flight schedule differ from the group’s you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Once again, we suggest you contact your group leader before doing this. Please note an individual cannot deviate from group airline reservations. If you plan on staying longer and have received approval from the group leader(s) you will be responsible for your own airline transportation and transfers to meet the group upon arrival. Please inform the group leader that you have made your own arrangements so you are not included in the airline group count.
