UR Tours is always working hard to come up with ways to make things easier for group leaders and parents. Over the years we have offered online payment services to provide the ability for credit card payments. But did you know that we are still able to accept booster payments for participants? Or that each account can set up a contribution page where family members and/or donors can make payments towards the trip?
Our online payment system makes making a payment towards a trip easier than ever. The system accepts debit/credit card and ACH payments. If you prefer to mail a check you don’t need to worry. We can still do that as well.
For our group leaders, we provide you with access to your trip dashboard where you can view everyone that has registered for your trip and how they are doing on payments. This lets you know immediately who hasn’t signed up or if a booster contribution has been posted.
